La Pradera has 8 unique rooms spread over several floors. Each room is bright, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant student life. There are different types available, from compact rooms to more spacious studios, all with private bathrooms.

💸 Rental prices vary based on size and location within the building, starting at €600 rent + €125 all-inclusive flat rate for fixed costs per month.

🔐 Security deposit: equal to 2 months’ rent (excluding utilities).
