Looking for a new home online
Choosing a student room isn’t always easy. What should I expect? How much budget do I need, and what do I get in return?
Student Housing Antwerp is the perfect solution for your search for an ideal student room or apartment in the cozy neighborhoods of Antwerp. Our website helps you find accommodation that suits you!
Model Contracts
We use standard contracts so you can rely on clear and fair agreements.
House Rules
The basic rules for living in a student room, for both the student and their housemates, are clearly outlined in the house rules. These rules ensure that the student accommodation is a safe and peaceful place where students can fully focus on all aspects of student life.
Description of premises
At the start of the rental period, we prepare an inventory of the student accommodation. This inventory details the condition of the accommodation at the beginning of the tenancy, ensuring there are no disputes later regarding any potential damages.
Fast Wi-Fi Internet Connection
We provide a stable and fast internet connection in our student rooms through Telenet or Proximus Business Fibernet.

Behind the scenes of Student Housing Antwerpen
My name is Julie Rausenberger, founder of SHA. My passion for real estate, interior design, and international connections began during my student years. While completing my master’s studies in Leuven, I started renting out student rooms myself for the first time. This grew into a lasting interest – and eventually a true mission.
In the meantime, with SHA I focus on offering stylish and functional student rooms, studios, and apartments in and around Antwerp. All properties are carefully selected and often fully renovated with a touch of boho flair, a practical layout, and a pleasant atmosphere. Not sterile student rooms, but real places to relax, study, and enjoy your student life.
What sets SHA apart is our personal approach. Here, you’re not just a number, but a resident with a story. I place great importance on trust, open communication, and a family-like atmosphere – whether you’re staying for a semester or several years.
My hobby and profession often overlap: renovation projects, interior design, and making people happy with a beautiful place to live are my daily motivation. And interacting with young people, international students, and recent graduates? That gives me energy.
Curious about our rooms or just want to come and meet us? Feel welcome. SHA is for students, expats, young professionals, and global citizens with a heart for Antwerp.
